We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

9. Google User Data

Our Prism desktop application can connect to your Google account when you choose to connect a Google Workspace integration (Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets or Google Slides). Prism requests only the permissions shown on Google's consent screen for the integration you connect.

Data accessed. Depending on the integration, Prism can read your calendars and events, the documents, spreadsheets and presentations you point it to, and the Drive files Prism created. It can create and change calendar events, and create or edit files, when you ask it to.

How we use it. We use Google user data only to provide the features you request in Prism, such as answering a question about your calendar or editing a spreadsheet at your direction. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. People at Navier AI do not read it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or legal reasons, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.

Storage. The access tokens that let Prism call Google are kept on your device. Our sign-in service completes the authorization with Google and holds the resulting token for at most 30 seconds while handing it to Prism; it does not store your Google data. Google content that Prism retrieves becomes part of your Prism conversation, which we store with your conversation history to provide the Service.

Sharing. To answer a request, Prism sends the relevant Google content to the AI model provider that processes your conversation. We do not otherwise transfer Google user data to third parties, except as required by law or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

Your control. You can disconnect an integration in Prism at any time, and revoke Prism's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have conversations containing Google content deleted, email us at legal@navier.ai.

Navier AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
